LPC (EGG) - Introduction
Dodecylpyridinium chloride (Dodecylpyridinium chloride) is an organic compound with a structure similar to alkylpyridines. Its chemical formula is C21H38ClN and its molecular weight is 339.98g/mol.
Dodecylpyridinium chloride is a white crystalline solid, soluble in water and organic solvents. It has good surface active properties and has good emulsifying and dispersing ability.
